Co-Extruded Plastic Tubing from NewAge® Industries Offers Cleanliness Along with Flexibility
Posted Date: 12/1/2011

Southampton, PA —  Polyethylene-lined EVA tubing is a co-extruded product now available from NewAge Industries. The tubing combines the functionality of polyethylene with the flexibility of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) and is used in applications such as food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical uses, chemical transfer, appliances, computer equipment, laboratories, fluid feeds and drains, and more.

Produced from Class VI, FDA-sanctioned ingredients, translucent polyethylene-lined EVA tubing is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and inert. It offers good general chemical resistance and a low friction coefficient. Polyethylene-lined EVA also resists gases and moisture and remains pliable even after extended contact with alcohol.

NewAge stocks polyethylene-lined EVA tubing in nine sizes from 1/8” to 1” I.D. A wide selection of fittings and clamps is also stocked, and custom options like cut-to-length pieces, special sizes, and hose assemblies are available.
