Medisize Ireland offers a leading range of superior technologies across these areas including services such as assembly, packaging and in house gamma-sterilization facilities.
Company Profile
Medisize Ireland is the specialist developer and contract manufacture of sterile flexible containers (bags) with particular expertise in multi chamber and peelable seal technology. All bag manufacturing takes place within cleanroom controlled environments which comply with ISO 14644-1class 7 & 8 (particles) and EU GMP Annex 1 Class D (microbes)
Medisize offers certified global processes ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, and operation based on regulatory requirements 93/42/EEC on Medical Directives and FDA 21CFR Part 820 Quality Systems regulations.
Medisize Ireland has recently completed the installation of a fully automated thermal welding machine in our cleanroom, which has extensively increased capacity output.
